Hey there! My name is Mickaela. I'm a bit of a health nut and love pushing myself and others to be their best. I am a certified personal trainer for over 3 years and a believer in holistic health. I have discovered a way to live fit and healthy in a sustainable manner after many years of struggling. I went from feeling weakness to strength. From low self esteem to self love. From feeling lost to having purpose. All of this brings me to you. I want to help YOU, not just find your best self, but create it.
